Step into the dynamic world of an Amazon fulfillment facility where you’ll go behind the scenes to witness firsthand the intricate web of technology, people, and processes. During the 1.5 hour tour, you’ll have the chance to explore state-of-the-art technology, from cutting-edge robotics to advanced logistics systems. The Eastvale center is a robotics sortable facility where associates ship items smaller than a conventional microwave alongside robots.

Tour starts at 10 AM.
Optional group lunch immediately after the tour at Olive Garden, 12555 Cantu Galleano Ranch Rd, Eastvale, CA 91752. Please indicate if you plan to join in the group lunch. Drivers please advise any riders of your lunch plans. FYI in the same area is a branch of "99 Ranch Market" a large Asian supermarket.

Tour Guidelines: Guests not meeting these requirements will not be able to join the tour.
- Please be at the Main Entrance at 9:45 AM for tour start.
- Government-issued photo I.D. required (e.g., current driver's license or state ID, passport, residency card).
- For your safety, please wear closed-toe, closed-heel, sturdy shoes (sneakers or work boots recommended).
- Crocs, sandals, flip-flops, high heels, offensive clothing and revealing attire are not permitted.
- Long pants and clothing without loose or dangling parts are recommended. Shirts should have short or long sleeves.
- Clothing or head coverings worn for religious reasons are permitted if they do not pose a safety risk. Long hair must be pulled at or above shoulder length.
- Aside from baseball caps, no hats - Headphones will be provided to hear the guide.
- All visitors must wear an Amazon-issued breakaway lanyard with a badge during the tour.
- Guests may bring their keys, wallet, and transparent plastic water bottles on the tour.
Safety around machinery is extremely important so, the tour does NOT allow the following:

No cell phones, cameras, or recording devices.

No luggage, briefcases, handbags or backpacks.

No food or weapons.

Leave these items in your vehicle. If needed staff will provide a secure location for cell phones and other personal belongings for you to collect after the tour.
Carpooling is encouraged and may be available if offered by driver. You are responsible for arranging your own transportation or ride share. Arrive a few minutes early for briefing and carpooling. Riders' contribution to driver's gasoline costs welcome.
