Monthly Chapter Meeting

At this meeting we will be discussing events going into the Spring and Summer of 2020. We will also be reviewing activities since the November meeting and planned activities for the next two months. 

We have a social hour at 7 PM, and dinner service will begin at about 7:30 PM. Each person is responsible for their own food and beverage bill. We have a $50 minimum for our group. The Core Group will be meeting briefly at 7 PM during the social hour and all are welcome to participate and give input. However, only Core Group Members can vote during this part of the meeting. The general meeting will start at 8 PM so that the various trip leaders will have a chance to highlight their recent and upcoming trips, and answer questions from the participants.
