- Everyone who attends a hike or a camping trip will be required to sign the Waiver of
Release and Liability form before starting the hike or attending the actual camping trip.
- If you find an outing or social event that you would like to attend, please contact
the trip leader or event coordinator for a head count. You will then be informed
of any changes that may have occurred since the printing of the newsletter at that time.
The trip leader or event coordinator can then contact you if there are any change
in plans.
- If you have RSVP'd for an event and then decide not to attend, please extend the
courtesy of notifying the trip leader or event coordinator that you can't make it.
- If car pooling, be prepared to share the cost of gas for long distance travel. Most hikes within
the city limit request members take turns driving instead of chipping in for gas.
