Join the annual Great Outdoors outing to see an evening baseball game
at Palm Springs Stadium. The setting, in Sunrise Park with panoramic
views of the Little San Bernardinos, is beautiful. Our team, the Palm
Springs Power, mostly recruited from California, Oregon and Washington,
consists of talented collegiate all-stars -- and they are pretty easy
on the eyes. We'll meet in front of the stadium ticket window at the
east edge of the Public Library parking lot off Baristo Road, and go in
before the singing of the National Anthem at 7:00. Fans are not
allowed to bring food or drink into the Stadium, except for water.
The usual ballpark food and drink are available.
Tickets are $7 ($6 if you are 65)
